A day off to work in your shop..?
Soooo......... you want a day off to work in your shop..? Well...lets take a look here at what you're asking for.......
There are 365 days each year available for work, 52 weeks each year in which you already have 2 days off every week, leaving 261 days available for work. Since you spend 16 hours each day away from work you have thereby used up another 170 days, leaving only 91 days available to work.
Of those days you spend 30 minutes each day on coffee breaks, that accounts for another 23 days each year, leaving you only 68 days available. With your 1 hour lunch period each day, you have used up another 46 days, leaving only 22 days available for work.
You normally spend 2 days each year on sick leave (I think you are not really sick but, sneaking out to work in your shop). This leaves you only 20 days available for work..
We are off for 5 holidays every year, so your available work time is now down to 15 days. We generously give you 14 days of vacation each year.. which leaves only 1 day available for work.
And you have just asked me if you can take that day off to work in your shop..? I don't think so.......
This page is an index to the "how-to" section on this site with photos.. on these pages.. I'll share with you my experiences.. and attempt to answer the question...

"Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, what ever is lovely, whatever is admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me, put into practice. And the God of peace will be with you."
